The Touring Cycle

End to end. Every stop.

Getting a truck to a venue is the easy part. The Running Turtle way covers everything between the advance and the next city, and it works the same on night one as it does on night ninety.

    Advance

    Routing, dock calls, venue access, permits, border timing and every contact aligned with production before a wheel turns.

  2. Overnight

    Roll

    Dispatch, live tracking and proactive updates. Drivers communicate on our platform, not a scattered group chat.

  3. 06:00

    Stage

    Trucks arrive in pack order, staged to the venue plan and ready for the dock call.

  4. 08:00

    Load-in

    Specialist drivers know the pack, work the dock with the crew and keep the doors moving.

    Show

    Rest managed, next leg planned, specialty trailers operating. The trucks are ready before the encore.

Our story

First Nations female-owned. Built in Kamloops. Trusted on tour.

Founded by Alex and Ken Clarke in 2019, Running Turtle Transport grew from a belief that productions deserve a transportation partner that understands the work behind the show, and takes responsibility for it.
